I take the job agency-side, house, or direct. Twenty-one years behind the camera. The camera, lights, and grip live at Geared Like A Machine, so I can arrive as crew and equipment at once.

How do I hire a Dallas cinematographer?

What is the difference between a DP and a videographer?
A DP owns the look — lighting, lenses, how the day is built. I run camera department on commercial sets. If you need coverage and an edit from one person, that is a different hire.
Do you travel outside Dallas?
Yes. Dallas is home base. The work has already gone further — eleven cities on U.S. Polo Assn., Kubota in four states, Tige on Texas lakes.

What kinds of jobs do you take?
Commercial and brand films. Product, spots, tourism, documentary television. If it needs a real camera department out of DFW, that is the work.
